2. Is Origin tower easy to install?

Yes, usually 2 people could do the job easily. Installation-Guide

3. How tall is the tower?

The height of Elevate tower is adjustable between 49” to 55”, Catapult tower and Propel tower is around 53” tall.

4. Will Reborn wakeboard tower fit my boat?

All Reborn wakeboard towers are universal, Elevate tower could fit boat up to 100” wide, Catapult and Propel tower could fit tower up to 108” wide.

5. What material is the tower made from?

The tower is built with 6063 T6 aluminum tube, which is the best fit material for this structure.

6. Will Reborn wakeboard racks fit my tower tube?

Reborn wakeboard racks can fit 1 3/4”, 1 7/8”, 2”, 2 1/4”, 2 3/8” and 2 1/2”” tube.

7. Do Reborn products selling to global?

Yes, but for purchases out of US and Canada we don’t accept returns unless quality issue.

8. What is the average handling time ?

We always ship your order within 2 business days from the date we receive your payment.

9. Which carrier do you use to ship?

We ship by UPS ground, it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

11. What should I do if I am dissatisfied with the products or the product doesn’t fit my boat?

We can refund your purchase price within 15days of the date you receive your order.
Return freight at buyers expense.

12. Can I get a continuous after sales service in future?

For most brands supplied out of US, it is always a headache to get replacement spares when you need to repair your tower, we keep all common spares in stock I our warehouse, we supply free replacement for damages during transportation or quality issues. However we cannot cover the cost you paid to the third party to replace the parts, and all Dolphin products are priced based on this policy.
For any spares lost or destroyed by comsumers we will offer the spares at cost price + postage. You can find the spares in the menu of accessories or contact us for advice.
