You shall pay for 15% restock fee, if the product is non-quality problem. Meanwhile please be sure that the returned product has not been damaged in any way and that all parts are included within the returned package. Returns need to be in new, resalable condition upon return. If items are damaged or cannot be resold, a min 20% up to 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the retunrd amount.
If, for some reason, you received a tower (or tower accessories) that was damaged or had missing parts, please send us email to email@example.com and we will send out repair or replacement parts asap and no cost to you. The product warranty is only for the quality problem, we will not compensate for the damage to human factors. Therefore, please read the Warnings before you buy our products or before you use it.For items purchased from a dealer or distributor, please contact them directly and we will work through them to resolve any support issues. Items purchased through a domestic dealer or international distributor cannot be returned directly to us.
